Intellectual Property

The apps, including all trademarks, copyright, and other intellectual property rights, remain the property of ApplifyFactory.

Some of our apps display advertisements or use third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, described in each app's privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplifyFactory shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our apps.
